First 5K in a year!

On Tuesday I went for my first real run in a year. I mentioned before working with G14 Personal Trainers last year where I learnt about te benefits of anaerobic training, however in Guadeloupe people don't really walk very much so I have decided to start running again to get in some extra activity into my days. 
I loved using my new pink Polar watch for the first time!
I followed my very early morning run with an omelette made with 2 eggs, onion, tomato, spinach and olives, for breakfast.

Lunch was a sweet potato with chiken breast, onion and tomato cooked in coconut milk with curry powder and a little honey.

For dinner I had Tuna Tartar. I took the photo using my amazing new camera. I am so pleased with the photos it takes!
