Birthday Baking

Yesterday it was my host-dad's birthday so I baked a very dedicant cake with the boys. Chocolate, cream, caramel and snickers! The baking process involved lots of tasting but thankfully it is the last birthday until the boys in October! 

I started the day with the same omelette as on Tuesday,a snack of apple crisps and leftover coconut chicken for lunch. 

Although this dinner was not particularly photogenic I wanted to take a picture to remember what it was to make again. 

Tuna Tartar again- yum! And frozen cauliflower baked with onions, bacon lardons, curry powder and some apple. I usually really don't like cauliflower, but as I mentioned before I think my tastes are really changing as I loved it!
